Core Talent are recruiting HR Drivers to join our local government client within their Waste & Recycling Team based in Rooty Hill.

• 4:30am starts with 20% casual loading, with potential transition to permanent opportunities from 6:00am shifts

Position Overview: As a HR Driver within the Waste & Recycling Team, you’ll play a vital role in the collection and disposal of waste materials from residential and commercial areas.

You will operate heavy rigid (HR) vehicles, including Rear Loader trucks, to safely transport waste and recycling materials to designated disposal facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate HR vehicles for waste collection, including Rear Loader
• Perform daily vehicle checks and maintain documentation
• Safely lift and handle waste materials as needed
• Provide courteous and professional service to the public
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily service goals

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current HR Driver’s License
• Rear Loader experience
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Clean driving record
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
