We are actively seeking a dedicated Multi Skilled Operator to operate a front end loader and material handler to join our Recycling and Waste Management team.
You will be part of a motivated crew working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate safely and efficiently within a recycling and waste management environment.
• Operating Material Handlers
• Operating Front end loaders
• Use grab/grapple attachments to sort, move and manage waste and recyclable materials.
• Work stockpiles and operate off the face with a strong focus on safe operating procedures.
• Load and move materials while maintaining production targets and site safety standards.
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance.
• Work closely with supervisors and site personnel to ensure smooth site operations.
• Follow all relevant site policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Assist with additional site duties when required.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Previous experience operating front end loaders and material handlers in waste, recycling, quarry, or similar environments.
• Experience using grapple/grab attachments is essential.
• Experience working stockpiles and off the face.
• Current RII Excavator Ticket / VOC required.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence and full working rights.
• Must have reliable transport.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• A positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
