Work Locations will vary depending on the council the event is being held at

The important parts:

• Day Shifts: 8 - 10 hours


• Location: Travel to various collection sites required


• Pay rate: $38.44 per hour


• Must be available to start ASAP - Saturday and Sundays

What you will be required to do:

• Event site set up and pack down


• Unload waste from vehicles


• Sort, pack and load waste including including paints, flammable liquids, gas bottles, batteries, oils, aerosols into receptacles


• Assist in loading packed waste onto trucks for return to Links Road

To be successful in the role you will:

• Good work ethic, understand importance of turning up to work


• Commitment to safety


• Self-motivated


• Waste industry knowledge and experience


• Able to consistently show up to rostered events


• Have personal transport to travel to events
