Front End Loader Operator – Waste & Recycling

We are currently seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator to join our client in the waste management industry.

This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the safe and efficient movement of materials across site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a front end loader to move, sort and load waste/recyclable materials
• Feeding materials into processing equipment
• Maintaining safe operating practices at all times
• Conducting pre-start checks and basic equipment maintenance
• Supporting general yard duties as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating a front end loader (essential)
• Relevant tickets/licences (e.g. Loader/LE ticket highly regarded)
• Experience within waste, recycling, quarry or similar environments (preferred)
• Strong awareness of site safety and WHS procedures
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
