About the RoleWere seeking a reliable Forklift Operator / Skilled Labourer to join a wellestablished waste management facility in Stapylton. This is a longterm opportunity with consistent hours and clear progression into a Leading Hand or fulltime role for the right candidate.
Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
• First two weeks: 7:00am 3:00pm
• Ongoing hours: 5:00am 1:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Operating forklifts to load and unload trucks (primary initial duty)
• Manual handling and general labouring tasks
• Disposal and handling of waste materials, including chemical and hazardous waste
• Following strict safety and environmental procedures
• Taking on increased responsibility as experience grows

What Were Looking For

• Valid Forklift Licence (essential)
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures
• Comfortable working around hazardous materials
• HR licence highly regarded, but not essential
