I am currently looking to recruit a Senior Water/Wastewater engineer reporting directly to my clients Wastewater Director.
This role is a pivotal role within a vastly expanding company with significant opportunities for growth and career progression. The company have an excellent reputation and are fantastic to work for with an extremely low turnover rate.
You will be tasked with leading a project delivery team in a bid to achieve client commitments and build client advocacy and confidence.
Specifically:

• Manage major water & wastewater projects, including project planning and coordination through initial inception to detailed design and construction phases
• Supervise and mentor junior staff
• Taking a leading role as a technical advisor for the team
• Provide specialist technical input to feasibility studies and conceptual designs
• Undertake construction cost estimates for budgeting and funding purposes
• Prepare written reports and make technical presentations to clients and other internal/external stakeholders
• Oversee the planning and design of various project elements, preparation of reports, hydraulic models, design calculations, technical drawings, construction plans and specifications
• Coordination with clients, sub-consultants, constructors, approval authorities, government agencies and members of the public will be necessary to accomplish assigned objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in municipal water & wastewater infrastructure planning and project management
• Must have experience in water and wastewater network modelling
• Proven leadership skills and demonstrated ability to successfully manage diverse teams
