We are hiring Waste Industry Workers to support ongoing local government operations across Central and Eastern Sydney. These are long-term opportunities offering strong hourly rates, consistent shifts, and frequent overtime. Immediate starts available. Multiple positions open.

The Role

• Working within local council waste services
• Kerbside waste collection and clean-up operations
• Driving and non-driving roles available
• Early morning and day shifts
• Ongoing work with stable rosters

Shift Times

• 2:00am – 11:00am
• 6:00am – 3:00pm

Pay & Conditions

• $38 per hour – non-driving roles
• Up to $45 per hour – HR driving roles
• Superannuation paid
• Overtime available from day one

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in waste, labouring, civil or local government work preferred
• HR licence and driving experience desirable (not essential)
• Ability to work early starts
• Physically fit and safety focused
• Reliable and punctual
