HR / HC Driver – Liquid Waste & Paintback Operations
Roster: Friday – Tuesday (6:00am – 2:00pm) or Weekend‑only
Location: St Marys, Western Sydney
We are seeking dependable, safety‑focused HR/HC Drivers to support liquid waste collection during the week, with opportunities to pick up ad‑hoc weekend Paintback collection work.
This role is ideal for drivers who enjoy hands‑on work, value safety and reliability, and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. The position combines driving, customer interaction, and physical tasks across waste and environmental collection operations.
Weekday Operations – Liquid Waste Collection
Roster: Friday – Tuesday | 6:00am – 2:00pm
Pay Rate: $47.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Operate HR/HC vehicles for liquid waste collection and delivery
- Perform pre‑start checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Assist with loading and unloading, including forklift operation when required
- Complete required documentation accurately (manifests, logs, etc.)
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Follow all company, safety, and environmental procedures
Weekend Work – Paintback Collection Events (Ad‑hoc)
Roster: Weekend work as required
Pay Rate: $40 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a HC truck transporting containers between St Marys (66 Links Road) and Paintback event sites
- Load and unload containers, tubs, and bins
- Sort paint products into correct waste and collection streams
- Ensure safe manual handling practices at collection points
- Interact professionally and courteously with the public at events
- Follow all safety and environmental compliance requirements
Skills & Experience
- Current HR or HC Driver’s Licence
- Forklift Licence (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of road safety and fatigue management
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dangerous Goods (DG) experience highly desirable but not essential
- Previous waste industry experience preferred
- Open to Visa holders with limited work hours

- Drug and Alcohol Screening prior to commencement
